• A review of your history and risk factors
• Referral for imaging (ultrasound, mammogram, or MRI) and biopsy if required

Who it’s for: Any adult with a breast concern — whether it’s a lump, pain, skin or nipple change, discharge, or simply wanting peace of mind. If your symptoms meet criteria for an urgent NHS referral, we can arrange this directly as part of your care.

This is a symptom-focused assessment service — it is not a breast screening programme.
